Bederjan Balls Recipe
Ingredients
► 50 grams of mortadella
► 2 nuts per gram
► 2 eggs
► 1 cup flour
► 1 tablespoon peanut butter
► 1 teaspoon soy sauce
► oil
► salt and pepper.
Process
■ Remove from the heat and fry the Mortodella in small pieces
■ then add the egg and 1 tablespoon of broth. Spoon the bread and flour mixture into a saucepan
■ add the peanut butter
■ salt and pepper
■ beat the eggs and salt
■ stir in the beaten egg and stir in the breadcrumbs.
