Lamb arrosto Recipe
Ingredients
► Whole lamb
► 4 cloves garlic
► 2 cloves onion
► 2 cloves fried leaf
► 1 slice of lemon
► 1 glass of water
► 4 cloves of potatoes
► 1 cup of coffee oil
► salt and pepper
Process
■ Wash the lamb thoroughly
■ peel the garlic
■ wash it long
■ cut the fried leaf into small pieces
■ make a hole using a lamb knife
■ add the garlic and roasted lamb to the shredded lamb
■ peel the onion and cut into 4 pieces
■ peel the potatoes and cut into 4 pieces
■ Heat the lambs leg in water and oil
■ cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 30 hours
■ remove the cooked lambs leg from the oven and add the chopped onions and potatoes
■ season with salt and pepper and cover with aluminum foil in a preheated oven at 250 degrees. Cook and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
