Pasta with lemon Recipe
Ingredients
► 1/2 Kilo pasta
► 6 cloves
► 6 lemons
► 4 cloves garlic
► 4 tablespoons oil
► salt and pepper
Process
■ In a large saucepan
■ boil 2 liters of water and salt and boil the pasta
■ squeeze the lemon for 2 minutes
■ peel the garlic
■ wash and chop finely
■ add the garlic and squash to the frying pan
■ add half the squeezed lemon
■ mix well with the cooked pasta and mix with the remaining lemon
■ salt and pepper.
