Sorghum flour cake Recipe
Ingredients
► 150 grams of wheat flour
► 150 grams of sorghum flour
► 100 grams of honey
► 1 teaspoon of baking powder
► 150 ml of milk
► 2 eggs
► 1 apple
► 1 lemon
► ½ teaspoon salt
Process
■ Cut the apple into small pieces
■ mix the flour
■ beat the egg
■ add the honey and milk
■ beat well with salt and baking powder
■ add the lemon juice
■ mix with the egg and milk
■ mix all the flour into the egg milk and apple
■ put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Refrigerate for minutes.
