Lamb fride with tomato Recipe
Ingredients
► 1/2 kg of lamb
► 2 onions
► 6 cloves garlic
► 2 cups of coffee
► ½ kg of tomatoes
► 6 glasses of water
► 1 tablespoon pepper
► 1 fruit lemon
► 3 tablespoons sage leaf
► 1 cup oil
► salt
► pepper
Process
■ Wash the lamb
■ cut it into medium pieces
■ peel the onion and garlic
■ wash and chop the shrimp
■ peel the tomatoes
■ slice the tomatoes
■ peel the mince
■ wash the sliced lamb
■ fry the sliced lamb in a large saucepan
■ Fry the chopped onion and garlic in the meat
■ fry well again
■ add the tomatoes and water to the roasting pan
■ cook for a few minutes
■ add the chopped dates to the meat
■ add lemon juice and chopped onion
■ mix with salt and pepper
■ and cook with rice.
