■ Wash the lamb ■ cut it into medium pieces ■ peel the onion and garlic ■ wash and chop the shrimp ■ peel the tomatoes ■ slice the tomatoes ■ peel the mince ■ wash the sliced lamb ■ fry the sliced lamb in a large saucepan ■
